their image or likeness incidental to any photograph, live or
recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction in
whole or in part taken in connection with the Event. The published
starting time of the event may be changed without notice.
"In the interest of public safety, the
fireworks portion of the event may be canceled due to inclement
weather or fire conditions. There are no refunds in the event of
fireworks cancellation."
